The User acknowledges that all copyrights, trademarks, logos and other Intellectual property rights in the artwork, graphics, text, video and audio clips, and other content available on this web site (“Content”) are owned by City Centre or used with permission and you hereby agree that you will not reproduce or otherwise use any such intellectual property rights, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever.

Amendments:

City Centre reserves the right at its sole discretion and without any prior notice, to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify any feature of this Promotion including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use without advance notice and to re-commence the Promotion in its sole discretion and upon Terms and Conditions deemed reasonable by City Centre.

General:

By entering this promotion, the User represents, warrants and agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them. Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion will disqualify the users participation.

The Users accept that any dispute arising in relation to their participation in this Contest will be subject to the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the validity, legality and enforcement of the remaining provisions.
